Here's the tea on my Coaching style…
The way I coach is unique. I don't follow a one-size fits all approach because obviously that's not effective.
We are all unique beings with our own experiences, desires, energetic make-up and map of the world.
And so everything I do is tailored to YOU. Who you are and where you're going.
I'm the vision holder but I also give you answers not just sit back and ask questions ;)
I will reveal your blind spots and I'm not afraid to make you feel uncomfortable (because that's where you'll meet your growth edge).
I will always be compassionate and use a blend of masculine (strategic, logical, action orientated) and feminine (intuitive, spiritual, nurturing) coaching style.
